## Check eligibility before ordering

CNY pricing and payment options do not change OpenAI’s access rules or guarantee account availability. mygpt.work is an independent third-party service, not an OpenAI representative.

## 1. Is the subscription applied to your own account?

mygpt.work uses the customer's own ChatGPT account. It does not sell shared or finished accounts.

## 2. What happens to the login session?

The session is encrypted in the browser before submission and is used only for account verification and subscription processing for the order. Temporary session ciphertext and the sealed per-session data key are retained for at most 15 minutes. The longer-lived service master key is restricted runtime configuration outside that limit.

## 3. What payment data is requested?

mygpt.work supports Alipay and WeChat without asking for payment passwords or bank card information.

## 4. Can progress be verified?

Payment and fulfillment states are recorded separately. The original browser can query directly, while another browser can verify the order email for read-only access. An order number alone cannot expose the record.

## 5. Are limitations stated clearly?

The service is for new subscriptions on free accounts and does not offer trials. Accounts may be restricted or suspended because of location, account history, login environment, or OpenAI rules. Continued account access and zero risk cannot be guaranteed.

If an order is confirmed as failed and the subscription was not delivered, mygpt.work initiates a full refund of the actual amount paid to the original payment method within 24 hours. Settlement timing depends on the payment provider.
