## Eligibility and scope

Before ordering, confirm that your location and account meet ChatGPT's current supported-country and account requirements. CNY pricing and payment options do not change those requirements or guarantee account availability. mygpt.work is an independent third-party service and does not represent OpenAI.

## Accounts and plans

The service currently handles new subscriptions for free personal accounts. It does not offer trials, shared accounts, finished accounts, or OpenAI API balance. Existing paid subscriptions should be managed through official ChatGPT account settings.

## Price and payment

The storefront displays a CNY service price derived from current settings. The payable amount and coupon deduction are recorded when the order is created. Follow the order's payment instructions and verify the amount and recipient before paying.

## Processing and result

After payment is confirmed and valid account authorization is available, the order enters account verification and subscription processing. It normally completes in 5–10 minutes and no more than one hour. Time spent waiting for replacement authorization is outside that processing window. The recorded order and actual subscription state are the result references.

## Failed fulfillment and refunds

If an order is confirmed as failed and the subscription was not delivered, a full refund of the actual amount paid will be initiated to the original payment method within 24 hours. Settlement timing depends on Alipay, WeChat, or the relevant payment provider. Orders still processing or waiting for replacement authorization are not treated as failed; successfully delivered subscriptions are not covered by this refund rule.

## Order lookup and exceptions

The original browser can view the order directly. Another browser can verify the order email for read-only access. If processing is incomplete, review the existing order before paying again.

## Coupons and referrals

Coupon scope, value, and expiry follow the issued coupon. A draw batch allows one final applied coupon. Payment gifts and referral rewards follow the activity settings in effect when the qualifying event occurs. Coupons are not redeemable for cash.

## Account risk

An account may be restricted or suspended because of location, account history, login environment, or OpenAI rules. Continued account access and zero risk cannot be guaranteed.
